WHO ARE WE MAKING CHANGE FOR

Making Change to build sustainable
and connected communities
throughout the G21 region.

ABOUT MAKING CHANGE.

In 2021, an ambitious and important strategy was launched: the Making Change Creative Industries Strategy 2021-2026.

Reflecting progressive and resilient communities, the strategy’s vision is to foster a culture of collaboration, aspiration and change to ensure a sustainable future for all creatives and their audiences in the municipalities of Golden Plains, City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast, Colac Otway and Queenscliffe Borough.

Commencing in 2023, Regional Arts Victoria has been engaged to deliver the project in collaboration with a community and sector-led Taskforce and Creatives Reference Group made up of key stakeholders and creative practitioners from the G21 region. Funding for the project has been provided by the Victorian State Government through Creative Victoria.
