- Understand Aboriginal Identity – Pre & Post Colonisation.
- “Deep-dive” into Australian historical timeline and impacts on Aboriginal Peoples, Communities and Families today (E.g. Intergenerational Trauma).
- How to implement Cultural Protocols in the workplace. Awareness and respect of Cultural Loads on Aboriginal Employees and Communities.
- Strategies to improve and enhance the organisations engagement with local Aboriginal clients and Communities.
- Assist individuals on their personal reconciliation journey
