in collaboration with a community- and sector-led Taskforce and Creatives Reference Group.
Making Change Taskforce
The Making Change Taskforce works closely with the appointed Making Change Manager to provide guidance, oversee specific objectives and priorities for the project and to disseminate information about the project to their stakeholders and the wider community.

Creative References Group
The Creatives Reference Group (CRG) comprises a group of creatives living and working across the G21 region. Each member has been invited to participate based on their knowledge, experience and connection to their various creative communities. Their role is to ensure that voices of creatives are central to decision-making as part of the Making Change project by providing advice, recommendations and connections for progressing the identified priorities of Making Change.

Manager, Making Change, Regional Arts Victoria
Stacie Bobele is an experienced arts and communications manager, with almost 20 years’ experience in local government, higher education and the arts industry. With experience in curatorial practice and arts administration, she is keenly aware of the importance of art’s role in the creation of identity and a sense of belonging within a community. As Manager, Making Change, she is looking forward to bringing together the arts communities of five municipalities – Geelong, Queenscliffe, Surf Coast, Colac Otway and Golden Plains – to deliver a shared vision for all creatives of the G21 region.
